Real Projects. Real Results.

See the Difference

From bore-stained concrete and darkened limestone to faded driveways and tired pavers, these projects show the difference the right preparation and treatment can make. Each surface was assessed individually, with the work chosen to suit its condition and the result the customer wanted.

Before and After Transformations

Cleaning, Sealing and Surface Restoration

Pressure Cleaning and Stain Treatment

St Munchins Catholic School

Bore Stain Removal, Pressure Cleaning and Sealing

Bore water had left extensive orange staining across the concrete and exposed aggregate around the Parish. We treated the affected areas with industrial-strength bore stain remover before pressure cleaning and sealing. The difference was immediate, creating a much brighter and more welcoming entrance for parishioners and visitors.

Oakford

Bore Stain Removal, Pressure Cleaning and Sealing

The new owners had already installed a filtration system to prevent further bore staining, but orange marks covered the exposed aggregate around the home and across the driveway. We treated the staining before pressure cleaning and sealing the surface. The whole property looked brighter, cleaner and much easier to maintain.

Bicton

Concrete Stair Cleaning and Sealing

Years of dirt and grime had left the shared concrete stairs at this Bicton apartment complex looking tired and run-down. We used specialised cleaners to loosen the build-up before a thorough high-pressure clean and sealing. The refreshed stairs created a cleaner, brighter and more inviting entrance for residents and visitors.

Paver and Limestone Cleaning and Sealing

Sandstone-Before---Driveway-Clean-and-Seal Sandstone-After---Driveway-Clean-and-Seal

Coogee

Limestone Cleaning and Sealing

Around 80m² of limestone walls and steps had become heavily darkened by moss, algae and organic growth.

Because limestone is softer than concrete, we used a gentler cleaning approach before sealing. The transformation made a significant difference to the rear outdoor area as the owners prepared to downsize.

Spearwood

Liquid Limestone Cleaning and Sealing

The shaded areas around this rental property stayed damp, allowing mould and algae to  heavily darken the liquid limestone. We used specialised treatments to break down the growth before pressure cleaning and sealing the surface. The finished area looked much brighter and was ready to welcome the next tenant.

Beaconsfield

Paver Cleaning and Sealing

Over time, the owners had become used to how dull the pavers looked, until the mould, algae and ingrained dirt became impossible to ignore. We used specialised cleaners to loosen the build-up before pressure cleaning and sealing the area. The result brought the colour back into the pavers and made the whole garden feel brighter and better cared for.

Exposed Aggregate Cleaning and Sealing

White Gum Valley

Exposed Aggregate Cleaning and Sealing

After years without cleaning, the exposed aggregate around the sides and rear of the home had heavy dirt and organic build-up. We used specialised cleaners before pressure cleaning and applying a water-based penetrating sealer. The natural, non-gloss finish left the outdoor areas looking lighter, cleaner and more inviting.

Leeming

Exposed Aggregate Cleaning and Sealing

Heavy build-up had left the exposed aggregate so dark that the true condition and colour were difficult to see. Specialised cleaners and bore stain treatment were applied before pressure cleaning and sealing. The result was a much brighter, more even surface and completely changed the feel of the outdoor area.

Bicton

Exposed Aggregate Driveway Cleaning

The owners were preparing the property for sale and wanted the driveway looking its best. A professional pressure clean removed years of built-up grime and restored a cleaner and brighter appearance. The refreshed driveway helped improve the property’s overall presentation before it went to market.

Concrete Restoration and Colour Sealing

Joondalup

Concrete Colour Sealing

The driveway had been repainted several times, but ordinary paint continued to peel because it sat on top of the concrete. We ground away the old coatings, prepared the surface properly and applied three coats of concrete colour sealer. The Jasper finish looked smoother and more even, giving the entire property a more modern feel.

Samson

Concrete Repairs and Colour Sealing

Around 25 metres of cracking had left this worn driveway looking tired and created a potential trip hazard. Our concrete specialists repaired the cracks, removed the old coating and applied three coats of colour sealer. Rather than replacing the entire driveway, the restoration created a safer, more even finish that the owners were happy with.

Bibra Lake

Concrete Colour Sealing

The owners were preparing the home for sale, but concrete poured at different times had left the driveway and surrounding areas looking patchy and inconsistent. After preparation and minor crack repairs, three coats of colour sealer created one unified finish across the property. The exterior looked cleaner and more polished, and the home sold soon afterwards.
